When confirming selling terms, you agreed to abide by all seller policies and procedures outlined in our Selling Hub, including our shipping and fulfillment policies.

If orders are shipped outside of our policies, they will need to be refunded and do not qualify for seller protection.

So let me get this straight… Since I shipped out all the orders using Canada Post and it can't be tracked, now that people are filing problems since they can't track their purchase and see that its on the way, Even though I've sent it, you are going to give them their money back and I am going to take a loss. I won't get paid and the customer get's their purchase.

That is so wrong and such bad business its unbelievable. This sure is one way to alienate a Canadian seller.

I still can't understand this asinine logic of Tophatter now. So Tophatter is going to give the customers their products FROM ME, and not pay me for the items.

At this time, Canada Post is not a supported carrier.

Our Logistics Team are always looking into carriers that would be suited to our platform. While there are no immediate plans to add this carrier, if it is added in the future, our FAQ Supported Carriers on Tophatter will be updated at that time.

So what this means is that Canadians who want to sell stuff on TopHatter, must use something like DHL or UPS. What that means is that for us to ship small items that can fit in a small envelope, we must charge around $35 to ship the item(s) to the USA. We are being pushed right out of the market by your policy. Our only other option is to ship the items and not be covered buy your seller protection.

That is so unfair and just crazy. Do you not want Canadians selling on TopHatter? Shall I spread the word on social media that TopHatter does NOT support Canadian sellers?

Please tell me you are going to fix this stupid policy of TopHatters and ADD Canada Post to your "Supported Carriers"!!!!!
